Stefanie's passion truly began after graduating from Saint Michael's College in 2004. Stefanie focused on studying Political Science even doing a semester at American University in Washington DC. While there, she participated in an internship program on Capitol Hill assisting Chuck Schumer's team. While this wasn't Stefanie's first experience in the workforce, it is one that would help shape her future after college.
After graduation, Stefanie began working at the United States Tennis Association Eastern Division office in New York. While learning valuable skills and gaining knowledge of the organization; Stefanie soon made the change to the national office to focus her efforts in her new role on the Diversity & Inclusion team.
One of Stefanie's large tasks at her current job is organizing & facilitating a company wide internship program which has recently extended to the new Orlando location of the USTA. Because of the popularity of the program, Stefanie sorts through hundreds of possible applications which include resumes! Since she is the first person to receive these resumes, she has gained experience in sorting through looking for top candidates who fit her program.
Due to the high volume of applications- she has to know exactly what to look for! With that hands on experience, Stefanie knows exactly how to make your resume & skills stand out upon the other applicants! Using her skills, she is able to assess the best way to make the best you shine on paper. Sometimes we all need a little help with knowing where to begin or to spruce up what hasn't been working- and Stefanie is the person for you!
